Happy Friday all
emoticonYesterday I did well with my workouts and eating within calorie range.
emoticon At the gym, I actually got on the Elliptical on my first break and lasted 11 mins. YAY me. Then I went down again and at 2pm and got on the treadmill (no surprise there) for 15 mins.
emoticon Today Im doing the treadmill for both my breaks. Then I work at my part time job from 5-9:30 tonight. Planning on heading to the gym afterwards. Probably for an hour. Will get back on the treadmill for about 20 mins and then do lower body strength training. All is good. Saturday I work til closing so Im not sure if I will make the trip to the gym at 10:30pm depends on my workout partner, if they are up to it. Hopefully they are. Never stopped us before.
emoticon Sunday is DH's birthday and we have been trying to live a healthier lifestyle with eating as well. I didnt want to get a cake and have alot left around. Instead I just ordered a ONE layer cake, just enough for the 4 of us, and will probably have one or two slices leftover. Seems sensible to me without actually forgoing the cake. Everyone wins and he will not feel deprived. Plus we are going to a movie as well. Not sure what is even playing. Maybe Spring Breakers, I know my stepson wants to see that.
emoticonSo, busy weekend ahead. And its going to rain most of the time. YUCK.
emoticonIm reading an AWESOME series called the Dark Light series, 1st book is Dark Light and Im almost finished reading the second one called The Dark Prince (by S.L Jennings). I HIGHLY recommend.

Have a great weekend!

That's so awesome! I would love to have access to a gym! I love being motivated by others like you! Thanks for the book suggestion, sounds like something I would be interested in. Think I will head to the library and pick it up. Keep up the good work!
