The Right Perspective with the Right Attitude

I had an "AHA" moment yesterday - as I listened to someone tell me I could reach my goal weight by September. This is something that I know I can do and to be true... the difference is being MOTIVATED to do so and while I had lost motivation for a while with a slow start to 2013 and some weight regained - it's not too late to turn things around and make this MY YEAR!!
I have to take it day by day - but this week has been a good start. I've managed to remain AF and have eaten relatively well - although I still have to fine tune some of my BLTs (bites, licks and tastes).
There are now 10 weeks to summer - and if I
I will be about 20lbs lighter by then! This is the vision and goal I'm hanging on to. The first step is to get back to 160Ville by the end of April. That's about 4lbs away.
I am going to set goals each week and this week's plan was simple - ONE goal to be AF from April 8 to the 15th and this is my focus. Next week I will add to this goal incorporating workouts again.
Life is truly what we make it and so long as we stay positive and keep our eye on that target/goal... and the visualization and feelings that will come with that success - it WILL happen!!
