Takes 30 days to make something a habit or so I have heard. Well I will take that challenge here at Spark People.
emoticon Getting close to completing this challenge! I haven't done a daily blog in awhile. Everything is still going well and feeling great. I don't think I mentioned that my headaches had went away. I bought the book clean for that very reason to find out if eating clean was the cause. I pretty much was sure it was and yes I was right. They lasted for as long as they said. I was a bad girl today. emoticon I bought a Hershey Almond Chocolate bar. For 24 days I have been completely strict. Once a month a little treat emoticon should be ok. I put it on the food tracker.
Nutrition- Has been great. I have been having a green drink every morning. I would like to have one for a second meal but will work that in slowly. I have mainly a salad every lunch. I still get many great recipes off the sparkrecipe. I will be running to the store to buy Gwyneth Paltrow Cookbook. I saw her on Dr. Oz today and she has moved to a Clean diet plus she has kid friendly recipes. I tried one of her recipe's today and it was great.

Fitness- right on track. Still doing the Zumba. I kind of tried the swim exercise class when I was at the pool yesterday. I lasted 10 mins. lol. Ok I had did my Zumba plus had been swimming for an hour prior so my hamstrings were burning. I will try it again because those 10 mins were pretty fun.

Sleep- It just has been getting better. I usually am not a morning person. I am real bad grump but lately I am up feeling great making the family their healthy lunches and making my daily green smoothie.

My next challenge will be adding at least 10 mins of meditation. :D

    Sounds like you're doing a good job.

    I think a chocolate bar once a month is not a big deal. =)

    Ah, I want to start meditating, too. I've read that cortisol, caused by stress, makes it where your body holds on to fat! That's the opposite of what I want! So to de-stress, I think meditation would help. Good plan!
