My writing mission(s).

Hello all my Spark Buddies. All of you who said you'd like to help by commenting on my story should have received a Spark mail message from me that gives you the link. If you wanted to help, but didn't get the link, let me know and i'll get it to you.
As for the other Non-fiction book, i have had some comments about it, but only a few. I have been able to glean some things i would like to do with it though. I have been thinking of several ways to go. I could write a book about my weight loss journey along with the two cancers along the way. I could add some motivational inspirations and the things to do along the way from fun to serious. i would also love to do a journal (this is what i teach!) with the daily motivations and a list of the challenges along with some prompts at the end. I'm not sure about the calendar.
My grandmother used to keep a book she called her "birthday Book". She kept all the birthdays, anniversaries, special achievements, and deaths for all of her relatives and some very good friends. I have one i use for the same thing, only mine doesn't have nearly the info hers did. Also, mine is arranged by days and hers was alphabetically. I know in today's world people don't often keep things like that. But as a genealogist, i think of the record that leaves our descendants. i wish i knew whoever got her book, as I'd love to hunt it down and get it back!! It held a wealth of information. She also kept some newspaper clippings and addresses in it.
As for the short story, i'm thinking of tearing it all apart and add lots to it (it is less than 3K words) and use it for my November novel that has to be 50K plus. I think it has the potential for that. At least that is what i am getting from the feedback of those who are reading it.
Tonight i am really tired, so i'm going to close this early. All good things for my Spark Buds. I am so very fortunate and blessed to have each of you in my life. I hope tomorrow brings the things you are hoping it does.
Peace, Love, Hope for the Cure.
