Achieving small goals

I've started to focus on my health again (which is primarily code for weight - since that's what I seem to have gained back recently). A year ago I was cruising right along - eating better, exercising regularly - and I felt great. Most of all I was drinking my water every day.

This year - I can't seem to do any of it consistently. So this blog is the beginning of finding my motivation to achieve my goals.

Today I did the treadmill. That's two days in a row. Go me :)

I've upped my daily steps. Next stop is 10,000 steps a day!
