My husbands cousin found a great recipe online a way to drink more water, usually I hate the taste of water but decided to give it a try
1/2 peeled and sliced cucumber
1 slice tangerine or orange
1 slice grapefruit
2 or 3 peppermint leaves
Water and ice
Keep in fridge
Drank all 56oz of h20- and an addition 2 8oz water ie 9 cups of h20 to log today :)
Loved the taste of it
