Tomorrow the 30 Day fast begins

I've been really excited today about beginning this new phase in my life. I have spent the week incorporating more vegetables, fruits and less proteins in my diet. I live fairly low carb anyway, so that wasn't really an issue for me. I don't drink caffeine, so I'm not worried about that, but I have been browsing the supermarket for a variety of herbal teas to try. I've also committed to getting out of the house everyday. I work from home, and after battling anxiety issues for the past six months, I have adopted a very indoor lifestyle. The dog likes the walks, and it's good for me too.
I found a local organic farm that delivers vegetables and fruits weekly for juicing, they have a great website with a variety of specific juicing boxes ranging from fasting boxes for immunity boost, children's juice box, and seasonal juice boxes. If anyone is in BC the website is www.spud.ca. I plan on supplementing these boxes with veggies from my local supermarket, or possibly Costco.. I'm going to check it out tomorrow morning.
The only worry that I have about the next couple weeks is the brain fog that I have experienced from dieting in the past. My immediate worry is that because i do a lot of writing, not being able to concentrate will really hinder my ability to reach deadlines. If anyone experienced this, could you let me know how long it lasted? I would be really grateful to know, so I can anticipate how long I will be struggling.
