3. Daily Vitamins
4. CONTROLLED PORTIONS- use protein shakes and low carb dinner to get established
5. Use Sparkpeople
(by blogging, tracking, reading, and being active. Focus on support/ accountablity.)
6. Journalling- dealing with my emotions on paper rather than in the fridge!

My history:
2012, ended April at 160.8
2011, ended April at 172.0

Today I am at 174.2....so my target would be to end April 2013 at 170.0 or below.
