Final week of the Shred Diet

Okay, due to Easter, I took a week semi-off and ate healthfully, but did not follow the diet. So I just finished the 5th week. I am down another pound. Not bad. For the sixth week I am doing a hybrid plan. I am looking at the Shred and following the schedule, and some of the foods, however am adding in a Low GI diet to the mix. I am tired of the offerings listed for the Shred and am ready to branch out a bit. I am still keeping to low calorie meals. I will let you know how this goes.
