I have a confession to make: I have been prematurely planning my next blog post. It was going to be titled something like "The 40s" and was going to be all about how excited and proud I was to have finally dropped my weight down into the 140-149 lb range- a place I haven't visited since high school. This plotting occurred because I am down to 150 and on my 4 Hour Body plan I have been successfully dropping about 2 lbs/week. So I thought for sure by now I would be in those darn 140s!!

But alas! I seem to have encountered a plateau! And it is mighty frustrating!! I've been looking at my food diaries, trying to decipher what might be causing this plateau and I think it's a combination of two things: I don't think I'm eating ENOUGH (I know, right?) and I also think I'm gaining some of my muscle weight back since I've started exercising again. I'm desperately clinging to this theory because if I'm eating such a bland diet and NOT losing the weight? Well I don't think I could keep it up. So hopefully I'll start seeing those numbers on the scale start going down again, especially since I only have about a month until rehearsals start!
