Food rotating to avoid allergens

Well, I met with a nurse practitioner at the allergy office and found out that not only can I not eat anything I'm allergic to, I also have to rotate the food I'm NOT allergic to. Apparently I am so sensitive and allergic to such prevalent foods in the American diet that she wants to make sure I do what I can to not end up getting any MORE allergies and restricting my diet even further... therefore, I can only eat something 2-3 times a week and need 2 days minimum betwixt them. I made a food chart with beef, chicken, turkey, fish, and egg on it and will rotate/mix and match my veg to accompany them.
