11 day streak - Help! Starting to feel like I'm running uphill

Okay... I'm motivated, I'm tracking, I'm measuring, I'm drinking a half a gallon of water a day, I'm intentionally taking stairs, I'm spending a couple of hours on SP looking up foods, keying in recipes, racking up my daily points... but for the past two days, I haven't gotten but 10 minutes of extra movement into my day. The first few days I was all enthused, like running downhill, then the weekend hit, we were travelling and I got a phone tracker app so I could track away from my computer. For the past two days I don't seem to want to exercise. I've done two 10 minute walks and that was it for two days. I know that's not going to cut it. I NEED to exercise if I really want this to work, but time is my constant enemy. I had to work until 9pm on Tuesday night. Last night I was home by 6:30, but by the time dinner was planned, cooked, eaten, and recipe built, it was after 9 again. Tonight is my daughter's 2nd grade play. Another late weeknight and harried day at work trying to get away from there in time to get to the play... so no lunch break. To complicate things further, it is pouring down rain so my 10 minute walk may not even happen.
I have GOT to get some structure into my day that includes exercise! I know this is just the "wall" that I've got to push through to develop a new habit, but this is my struggle. Watching the calories and figuring out low cal options is fun for me. Sparking with others for social support is fun for me. Exercise can be fun for me, but I don't seem to be as committed to making it happen. This realization is the first step toward victory. I have GOT to get this figured out and exercise figured in.
