Wednesday and Thanks!

I only ate once today (at the Asian fav place)....yes I know better! I didn't track my food today or count WW points and I'm actually okay with that. Funny, I did miss it though. Maybe because I was doing so well with it.

Now on to what I did do right....

-got my water in.

-got my fruggies in

-got in 6 miles

-got in 90 minutes of cardio

-got in 220 squats

*all done with a headache and cramps!

    Make sure that you are eating. All that exercise is using up a lot of calories and you have to have fuel to do that. I am sure you already know that, but this is just a friendly reminder to take care of yourself. emoticon
