Making Progress, Spring Fever

This past week has been good for running (thus far). On Saturday, I did my long run and ran 4 miles in about 39 minutes. I felt fantastic after! It was a beautiful sunny day, so my husband and I spent the afternoon walking through the park, around the neighborhood, and finally ended up at our favorite bar, eating Wellfleet oysters. Delicious.

Yesterday the temperature was in the 70s. Usually I go to the gym after work, but the weather was too nice to pass up so I took a 3 mile run. Again, I felt amazing afterward. I think I'll be ready for a 5 mile long run soon!

After the past few amazing days of nice weather, delicious food, and great outside runs, I am SO over winter and ready for some permanent warm sunshine.
