I worked out for 65 minutes with my Wii. I've been having so much fun with my ancient Your Shape program. It's not the fancy new Kinect one, but it's still very effective. I love it! I'm so grateful to have found my way back to exercise. Over the winter, we had so much "stuff" happening that I actually got out of the habit.

Breakfast was the usual: a whole grain wrap with vegetable/tofu scramble, 1/2 Tofurky 'sausage', and avocado. We have these almost every morning; they're easy because I make a big pan of scramble on Sunday and we have it every morning during the work week. I had some lovely Spring strawberries too. And my beloved coffee.

I had coconut water during my workout, along with water.

Lunch was really nice. I'm loving Indian food these days, and made these this morning and I have enough for leftovers [always!]. All these dishes are oil-free and low-calorie. Brown rice, black bean dahl and curried roasted cauliflower.

Mid-afternoon I had these 2 lovely speckled bananas. I had intended to have only one but the first one was so good!

I had an early dinner, another wrap---with Tofurky slices, soy cream cheese, eggplant relish, lettuce, sprouts, carrots and red peppers.

Lastly, I'm having a big bowl of fruit and that'll be it for the day. This is a mix of clementines, strawberries and pineapple. I'll nibble on this for an hour or two and then to bed to dream of breakfast!
