Circuit Training

Today I began circuit training again in an attempt to burn the fat and get into good all around shape. I visited my doctor recently and I really have no excuses not to go all out and get fit. My blood work was great and x-rays were clear.

I read an article today on Spark that said that 30 minute workouts are not enough to burn fat. I printed up a report of my weight for the past year and son of a gun I've gained 10 pounds instead of losing weight.

I am doing 50 minute Jillian Michaels boot camp style videos on days I am off and doing the shorter ones in the morning before work followed by a weight workout when I get home. I'm determined to see results this year!
