I turned 40 today and am wondering whats next?
My husband was talking about M. Thatcher who died at 87 the other day and I worked with elderly for 10 years...ppl in their 80s & 90s ~ and realizing that I need to make these changes I been playing with but not totally serious about bc I am only half way through my life. I have so much more to learn and experience. I can't keep my weight, mood, or fibro weighing my down. I want these changes and need them too.

emoticon I think you have already answered your own question - now what? You get serious and take YOUR health and well-being SERIOUSLY. You make small changes and work your changes until you have the results you are working toward. YOU CAN DO IT - Make it a birthday present that you give yourself.

    emoticon Happy Birthday to you
I smile every time I see your profile picture, you just look like the sweetest gal!!!
Yes, I would also encourage you to lose the weight and be healthy...I look back and the one greatest regret i have is not losing that weight and really being able to be active. I attended things but was too heavy to enjoy participation.

Step by step, day b day, work hard and concentrate on the efforts and plans that it requires to win this battle.

Good health and strength. overcome the enemies of fat, food and lost motivation.

Happy birthday, sweetheart! You are a terrific lady who deserves the very best. Let your weight and health determine your present resolve, but let your heart and soul guide you always, no matter what happens, no matter how it all turns out. Be your own best Friend and POM-POM Girl!
