Where did the time go?

I have been so busy since this weekend I have no clue where my head is. We have had so much this week with dance, softball, doctor appointments and my school has started again after 2 weeks of vacation time. I have kept up with my meal plan plus I have been getting out each day to walk. Most of the time it is only about 15 minutes but today I got to walk a mile in 20 minutes so I am proud of myself. The weather here is fantastic but this weekend it is suppose to go down hill. I love being outside when it is warm out. I am hoping this weekend I will be able to bundle up and dodge the rain drops for my walk. With being in the middle of the week with my weigh in I am hoping that the scale goes down again but I am feeling nervous this week even though I did not go off my meal plan at all. I just think that walking isn't enough anymore but with having arthritis, I am trying to gradually add longer and faster walks. Eventually I will do more when I feel that I can but I still want the scale to move. Well enough for today I have to get ready for work.

    Just remember that even if the scale doesn't go down, there are other markers to your success. The fact that you have kept up your meal plan and exercising every day - that is success! emoticon

    The scales will move and walking is great exercise so try not to worry. Not easy - been there, done that! emoticon emoticon emoticon
