WoW it has been so long since I bloggede

It has been a couple of month since my last confession LOL

I have been doing Bootcamp since January, Twice a week. I need to add my running back in. I have the bootcamp part down to my routine, the food is doing ok, I just need to increase my cardio . I am getting better, higher endurance, better ability to make it through bootcamp. That kind of thing,
