Figuring it all out

Still figuring it all out. Working on the calories, trying to eat more to see if that is why my weight loss is non existent. Still a bit irritated. I ate whatever I wanted to this week and I don't feel guilty about it. I have had more energy too.

    thanks all for the comments and well put suggestions. I hate when I feel so down about my progress. Sometimes it just gets the best of me. At least I didn't spiral out of control. Thanks for the support when I needed it y'all:) emoticon

    I feel you on this I've been playing around with different things as well. But hang in there and as everyone keeps telling me it take a good 21-30 days for the adjustments to show to stick with it.

    Depends how long you having been doing it... sometimes we underestimate what we eat... I find if I don't count my excercise... that covers what I might not have counted then I start losing again emoticon and I exercise 90 minutes 5 times a week emoticon
