Working Out; Feeling Good!

Doing really well. I can't believe what a difference clear skies and sunshine has on my mood. This week will be my TOM and in the past, I would take a week off, backslide, indulge my cravings, etc. Well, forget that! I've been sticking with my exercise plan and eating healthy. I'm feeling fantastic.
Went for a 30 minute walk at lunch.
Did 30 minutes of strength training - arms
Did 30 minutes of cardio on the elliptical after work.
Yogurt for breakfast
Salad for lunch
Grapes for a snack
1 pork rib, beans, and tater tots for dinner (okay, that's probably not the healthiest, but I had small portions!)
Tomorrow will be tough. I've got to go into the office for a meeting that will include lunch. I'm hoping we'll be given a choice and if so, I'll get a salad. If not, I'll just have to make the best choice I can. Coming home after that commute and getting motivated to go to the gym will be hard too, but I'm going to do it! I may not work out as hard, but I've got to keep moving!
