OK, 2 things....#1 I'm wearing the same top as last week LOL! And #2 I said it was week 3 and it's really week 4's Monday :) !!

    I started running last year and the leg pain was horrid but I discovered a few tips that might help you?
    #1 Apply Icy Hot to the area 20 minutes before you start make sure it's the roller.
    #2 Ice bath or ice backs right after your workout.

    Coconut water has naturally occurring electrolytes and you should drink an 8 ounce glass after a workout to restore potassium levels in your muscle. Thus repairing your muscles :-) That and proper stretching :-)
