Finding the time to get back in shape!

Week is off to a good start. Zumba tonight, line dancing tomorrow night and then, if I have the energy, Zumba on Wednesday. Eating healthy and it feels great to exercise and get out of the house. Lovin the warmer weather! But now time to rest as I know that is also so very important.
Stress levels are down even with all that is going on. Looking forward to my dance weekend.. less than 10 days! Keeping busy, and motivated. Zumba did kick my butt a bit tonight. Hope I can move tomorrow.....lol.... I need to line dance! And I want to set some goals. Slow and steady this time. I want to to take the weight off, keep it off and actually make the lifestyle change that works for me. Feeling healthy is what it's about and I let myself go....back to some of the unhealthy habits. But on a positive note I still retained a lot of healthy habits! And I'm going to continue moving forward!
