Car Trip and Menu Plan

We went on two 3 day car trips this week for Spring Break. What I's REALLY hard to eat well on a car trip. There is something about driving thru and getting burgers, tacos, and coffees that is just so tempting!! We hit the road with Subway Sandwiches (turkey bacon I think) and a few hours later my daughter's stomach was killing her. Then we went thru McDonalds and got nuggets, and that made it worse. She has been fairly consistent in her ETL diet, and this confirmed for her that she really doesn't want to go back to the SAD. (She also realized that before ETL, her stomach had been hurting consistently, but not bad enough to make a big deal -- and once it was back she realized it had stopped hurting when she eats on plan!)

The results of me going back to rings didn't fit anymore!! I normally have to take them off at 5-6 months pregnant, but right now (32 weeks) I can wear them if I'm avoiding fast food.

So, we got home to absolutely no food in the house.

Vegan Pizza
Taco Salad
Strawberry Spinach Salad
Taco Junk
Butternut Squash Soup and Green Bean "fries"
Thai Peanut Noodles
