Week 1 Biggest Loser...

This morning was my first weigh in after working hard the past week. I am down 5lbs! I am proud of me. I exercised 7 out of 7 days! GO ME emoticon I did cardio everyday but yesterday. I started a Bootylicious Challenge for April that someone posted on Facebook and did 6/6 days(Saturday is a rest day). It's composed of squats, plie squats, donkey kicks and hip lifts to tone up my booty. I told DH that come 5/1 my booty best be looking bootylicious and that he better tell me it looks bootylicious on the 30th of this month. emoticon

Most of my workouts consisted of some sort of walks. But on Friday night I took a free kickboxing class emoticon I definitely saw my strengths and progress. I did better than I thought I would. I still have an issue with floor work for abs. I will need to add more time to my work outs eventually but right now, I am happy that I am doing some form of exercise daily. I want to make this a habit!

Last night I discovered that even though a food choice I make may not be perfect, it's better than what it once was. So I need to stop trying to be perfect and continue accepting myself!

By the beginning of July I want to be looking shapely emoticon The challenge is for 12 weeks so I am making every effort I can to be the best I can. My BL team is simply amazing and I have found SO MUCH support there and I enjoy giving as much as receiving it! It's wonderful how it's contagious and makes us all want to do our best!
