Setting some goals

Hoping to get myself back on track in April. It's been a rough winter, with lots of family issues and illnesses to deal with and lots of bad weather making it all more "fun". My weight has been creeping back up the past few weeks after finally losing a few pounds. Discouraging but it's my own fault for falling victim to my junk food cravings.
Starting over this week by setting some achievable goals: Buy no junk food. No between meal snacking except veggies and fruit. No snacking after supper. Clean my kitchen. Post and blog more often on SP to help keep myself accountable. Now if I could just change this cold gray damp depressing weather to something more like spring!
