I have been waking up in the 150's for a week now! I am starting a new week, gonna lower my calorie count and see if I can keep moving foward. I have nothing else to focus on right now, why not attempt to get to 150 and then see where I am at. I got back to biking to work last week and I am gonna bike again this morning. Just arrive at work so energized, I love it!

I wore my HRM for the first time in awhile yesterday to these two classes I do back to back. I hate wearing the band anymore, it's so uncomfortable. I was guessing I usually burn 400-500 calories in the dance class and then 200 or so in the lifting class. I ended up burning 1034 between the two yesterday. My fitbit was off by 200-300 calories burned all by it's self. I guess it's better to eat less then too much as a result. I wasnt really starving yesterday as a result. That's what I like about dancing instead of running. I don't feel like I am starving to death afterwards. Plus I have friends who will dance. My friends don't run with me. I need to get some runs in this week, I am doing a 5k on Sunday. Better get on that.

Scott built me my website yesterday. It's still a work in progress but here it is so far.

    Your website is awesome! I really like the picture of your husband. I still really love that black pepper. If you ever end up doing one on its own, let me know. Not that I don't like the other one but there is something just compelling about how the light hits that black skin. : )

    I was kind of disappointed to find out that the Fitbit was not accurate but certainly glad you did this experiment and told us. I'm not sure I want one now.

    You're doing so great! Thanks for inspiring me! I've been taking it easy on the running, but maybe too much. I'm so worried about my foot! After this 5K and tri this month, I'm going to a new doctor for my foot. If you want to meet up on Sunday morning, let me know. I plan to be there around 8:30am. :)
