Rise and Shine Challenge & Go the Distance Report

On 1 April 2012 - I was at 420km... This year : 390km... so I am a little behind but I will certainly catch up...

My goal this month is to cover 130k.

Also at the beginning of this month, on the Daily Spark Blog, I saw apost suggesting to join a challenge: Rise and Shine...


The challenge is :
Every day for the month of April, do one of the following things:

1) Take time to eat a healthy breakfast in the morning every day
2) Exercise first thing in the morning every day
3) Both of the above!

So - After one week - I am 6/7!!!


A few blogs ago, I wrote that I was on a streak trying to keep in range... and I FAIL myserably! so I am back at it... I am on day 3.

Sorry, no picture with this blog, I drop my laptop (hope I did not lost my data and pics) ... will get it fix tomorrow.

    Hi Julia,

    I'm glad to hear that you picked yourself up and started staying within range again. I will try and do the same. If I could stay in range, I would be much better off. Thank you for giving me the incentive!
