Juice Juice Baby (day 2)

Okay, so the suck of today is this combo between my skin feeling like I have a blistering sunburn (I don't) and the weird "em field" pain in my limbs. I had to cancel my standing Sunday plans, which is fine in the long run, but annoying since it wasn't a choice. I just didn't have anything to put on my body that didn't hurt.

So the good... or... goodish: could pretty much feel my body working in a very fundamental way. LIke I could feel the chia leeching toxin out of me, other than uncomfortable for me - it was fine. Certainly no worse than what my body has done to me regularly for 10 + years with the IBS and the food addictions and the bs. So, yea, still winning here.

The Great: down another pound plus this morning. So far so good!

Just finished my second juice of the day, I had a few sunflower seeds - maybe an 1/8 of a cup, in the shell - mostly cause the kiddo was having pudding and I totally had some pangs. I also knew I wasn't hungry. So, the seeds did what the seeds are there to do. Distract my reptile brain.

Still haven't exercised today - my current 30 day challenge is to make a measureable attempt every day for 30 days. I've rocked out 60 + miles on the bike this week plus over an hour on the Wii in daily ST/Balance. I will still go down and exercise no matter what before bed. Not quite there yet. WIll let this juice settle. I'm trying not to stress. I've exceeded my goals every day, okay, so I have to work out nekked so nothing rubs my skin, so. I can do at least a few minutes to meet the goal. I got this.

Supplemental: Biked 11.25 miles in spite of skin pain...which was awful until the sweat started pouring...then it started burning and tingling...but in an acceptable way. Like a tat.

My sis treated me to some new music - two new albums by artists I am not yet familiar with. This in turn inspired me to spend a whopping 8 bucks on myself and by the New Wax Tailor Album that I have been lusting after. Kinda looking forward to seeing how all three albums work on the bike (since I've been enjoying new music there at times). Now to figure out how to update my itunes. Update my phone...then load them up. Booya!
