So somehow this week I'm down 7.7 pounds which is awesome! I'm going to attribute the weight loss to eating better, and working out more but maybe it does have something to do with the water weight that women gain during PMS. Lol

    Probably all of the above. So, do you watch The Biggest Loser? Keep in mind that the second week might not produce as great a number. If it doesn't that's ok. WAY TO GO for the 7.7 pounds. I'm really proud of you !!!
