Okay so it's time to be accountable!

Sunday, April 07, 2013

My journey has been a long one and I am going to make it shorter!

I will be posting my weight journey on Thursday mornings from here on in! I will be honest with myself and everyone else about any weight gains!! I chose Thursday because I weigh in at TOPS on Wednesday night!

I will make my goal weight by November 1, 2013!

So, I have been accountable to ME for a couple of days now - and voila! - I have more energy - got up earlier - did some exercise and - I FEEL BETTER TODAY!!!!

My, my, my! What a difference a day makes! The scales didn't reflect what I am doing!!!! What they did to was go in the wrong direction and I need to re-evaluate!

I have started exercising - CHECK
I am journaling my food - CHECK
I am recording my feelings - CHECK

WHERE DOES ALL THIS LEAVE ME? It leaves me able to see where I am going wrong and that my friends is a good thing. I have been lazy about my meals and that is my biggest mistake this week.

Well, now I see what to do any why I gained - I WILL put this into practice starting right now!!!!

April 23rd

So I had a breakthrough last week and am encouraged! Now that I know I have to have my gall bladder removed, I have to change my eating again...what to do? It seems that just about everything I eat is really upsetting the gall bladder. Fat is my enemy now and I must win this battle. Since I am not sure when they will be removing the gall bladder, my plan has work in the long haul. Less fat and less carbs doesn't leave much to eat now does it? I have added hummus, Lentil soup and vegetarian chili - smoothies will work too as long as I keep the fat low in the milk or almond milk.

I CAN DO THIS! I WILL DO THIS! My journey continues and I am victorious!!!!

Thanks for listening!!
