Giving IF a try - Intermittent Fasting

I have been doing IF this past week; 17:7, I like this feeling, because i'm not deprived, i eat what i want and Hunger is not an issue... My emotional eating seems to be another thing that I am overcoming... I will continue with IF for as long a i can.... I really need some positive results.
