Weekly Food Prep
-Slow cooker chicken breasts, sliced and cubed for sandwiches and salads
-Cut up celery stalks & bell peppers w/ hummus
-1 Dozen Hard-Boiled Eggs
-Paleo Parsnip Cookies

-Buffalo Chicken Bacon Cauliflower Casserole


Meal plan for the week includes
-Carnitas with lime, onion, & cilantro, avocado slices

-Vegetable Chili, Cabbage Rolls, and Soup from the freezer
