I have been only minimally active on sparkpeople this past week--just barely doing enough to log in, do a quick huddle with some but not all teams, and logging in my steps. I haven't done a lick of weight training this week (and I was only doing 10 minute blocks the weeks prior) and today was the first day in eon's that I used the nutrition tracker. I have been putting in a lot of time trying to get things cleaned up at work in preparation for vacation--which will consist of 2 weeks of studying for my recertification boards. What joy!! I will take a study break to keep up with my leadership duties (thankfully, only one team--I don't know how people who lead more than one team do it!) and scan the message boards. (And of course, I'll have to clean myself and my home in the coming 2 weeks--can't let it all go by the wayside)And I aim to get more exercise in and to not gorge on the typical study food (you know those foods) and I will attempt not to overdose on the coffee. Wish me luck!

    Oh I totally know those food. Mine was M and Ms. Horrible!!! (or potato chips even worse).

    Good luck with studying. It is too bad you can not take a nice vacation and go some where, but you have to do what you got to do right?

    It IS hard to keep up with multi-tasking and maintain a routine that is healthy. Get your sleep, your water, and sneak in some moves.
