What's with Hallelul

Just thought I'd do a quick update. It's been a process but I'm glad to say that I am working on regaining my motivation to get in the calorie burning.

This time I won't be trying alone. My job has an all staff walking program that started last week and at first I was going to be a chicken because I thought I've been trying and failing and trying and failing but a motivational walk in the beautiful brisk weather revamped my desire to join in and be accountable especially to those who know my story and literally saw my first journey unfold before their eyes.

I also have a personal goal of no couch potato time unless I've had (Walk Away The Pounds) WATP time.

So with those two goals I look forward to keeping you posted on my progress.
