Not a bad week. Wanted to exercise more. Need to push myself even if I feel tired. I know exercise energizes me. Realize I really MUST track my food. I think I'm doing good but the scale says different. I know tracking is an eye opener. No excuses....it's time.
Planning to visit Florida in June. Must get the body in shape so I fit into my summer clothes. I will not buy bigger sizes!
Off to run errands then some yard work perhaps. Going to keep this body moving today and burn some calories.
