I’m late in making my monthly plan, but here goes! I’m doing my best to stay above water while juggling multiple commitments at work and cramming for an exam next Friday. I’m not a procrastinator, so I’m really frustrated that I let the time get away from me. I’m sweating bullets about passing that test. People say you should envision your success, but I feel like I might jinx it by thinking of that moment when I get my passing results. Oh my gosh, I need to quit working myself up over this!
Eventually, Friday will come and go and I’ll pass that test. Then I’ll feel like I can refocus my efforts. I accept that this next week will continue to be tough. After that, I’m back in it! My plan:
1. Get back to Zooombah! It's fun and I miss it!
2. Restart Jamie Eason's Live Fit 12 week strength trainer www.bodybuilding.com/fun
3. Boosted walking at home with Lesli Sansone.
Su – Live Fit; 4 or 5 mile WAH
M – Zumba
T – Live Fit
W – rest or WAH
Th – Zumba
F – Live Fit; 4 or 5 mile WAH
Sa – Live Fit
