Dr appt / Zumba stuff

Saturday, April 06, 2013

I had a short appt with my dr Thursday. We're tweaking a few of my supplements. I'm so excited to say that my estrogen levels are finally dropping & my progesterone (which was screwed up in February) is now normalizing. He added something that should help with my lumps and gave me a recipe for a gall bladder cleanse. It should help with my energy.

I'm so excited & nervous about my test in 2 weeks. I'm excited because I'm anticipating some great news that things are improving but a little nervous because... well, you know. But there was enough of an improvement from October to November that I didn't have to have another one until April. So we're all expecting good news. emoticon

In Zumba news, my favorite instructor - the ONLY class I take because she is so awesome & everyone else SUCKS in comparison... has quit holding classes so she can further her education. I'm happy for her. So horribly sad for me. There are no local classes that hold an interest for me. Carrie's class was so athletic & all the other classes are too dancey for me. Heck the one class I felt like I needed a pole. That's not me. So I've been using a CD of music & youtube & doing it in my living room for a while. I don't mind but I'm afraid I may get bored. I did click the "sign up for an email if there is a Zumba instructor training in your area" button. Not sure how I feel about that exactly. I think it could be fun. It would be work & it could turn out to be an expensive headache. ??? Not 100% sure what's gonna come of that click. Time will tell I suppose.

That's about it today except for the most exciting news: THE SUN IS OUT!!! I'm so excited! I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!!!
