Springing to Action Challenge - Week Seven

This week's challenge was about getting enough sleep. I'm usually pretty good about sleep so I managed this one without any trouble. I even managed to sleep eight hours a couple of times rather than my usual seven. I have to say, I can really feel a difference when I get that extra hour. I hadn't realized how much more energy it gives me!
For the bonus challenge I did some spring cleaning in my studio. There is a big shelf where I've been dumping all of the odds and ends that don't have a real home. I sorted through it all and got rid of a big bag full of useless stuff. I took what was left there and stacked it nicely so I can see what is on the shelf. The space feels so much better now! I put some potted plants out there to make it feel cosier too.
Now on to the topic of this week's weight loss. I'm sad to say that I've gained two pounds AGAIN. I keep gaining and losing those same two flippin' pounds and it's starting to drive me crazy. I think it's time to get back on the Couch to 5K program. That should shift this plateau once and for all!
