I was going back through some of my old blogs from when I first started. Actually, I was looking more at the ones from when I reached my goal weight, and started to go off track. When I left Calgary and was with Jon. That's when this whole mess seemed to start for me.

That seems like a lifetime ago. Even when Jon and I first got together, I still had hopes and plans for the future. All of them from that time are gone now. Well, sort of.

I'm just getting back into dancing. Running too. I'm not planning on Worlds for dancing anytime soon. As for running, my next race is a local half marathon, so no big races coming up.

Maybe this weekend I should go over my blogs from the beginning up to that point. It will remind me of the struggles I faced. Of how I overcame them. Of how I actually made it to my goal weight. Maybe I'll be surprised at just how familiar they look to my blogs now.

Guess I'm feeling a little sentimental today. Darn PMS!!!

    Midol will help right now. :-D No, seriously! Takes the edge off, and it helps to get rid of the feeling of wanting to take a sharp object to anyone who ticks you off, as well as the despair emotions that tend to come along right about now.

    I just came back from my therapy session, and my getting back on track is what we've been talking about, since My Guy was an integral part of my weight loss success, and healthier lifestyle. One thing the therapist suggested is to challenge myself for healthy living in ways I haven't before. What worked before will probably not work now, just because I, and you, are not in the same place as we were when weight loss came easily. So it has to change, just by virtue of being in a different life situation now. I know you know what I mean.

    Going over your blogs is a good idea, to help you reconnect, but don't stay there. You have to move forward, do new things, meet new people, try new foods and fitness activities, in order to progress. And to be where you want to be.
