Where is the energy?

I feel so tired, drained and am not motivated at all. I have been staying on track of my plan as much as I can. I have followed my meal plan precisely except on Easter and I am losing weight that I am extremely happy with. I have no energy to want to do anything except lay in my bed. I do not feel ill at all so I'm not sure what is going on. I have felt like this for a little while now. For right now my exercise is walking but most days I don't even feel like doing that. I walked almost a mile yesterday evening but that is it for the week and the week is almost over. I thought that eating healthier would give me more energy but it seems like it is draining me of my energy. Hopefully since it is to be nice outside today I can get to take a walk before my afternoon bus run.
