So happy recently...

I looked up at my to do list this morning.
I procrastinate way to much and this to do list has just been haunting me, but as I looked at it, I saw one of the items:
Get below 200
I couldn't help but smile.

I actually did it, and I'm so happy.

But I want to remind myself, and all of you, that it's not just about the weight. It's about being healthy. It's about blood test results, % body fat, and the strength of your muscles that keep you together to prevent injury.

This video is something that reminds me what's important, even if I am happy with the weight loss:

    The nice thing about the scale is that it is immediate -- no tests, no waiting on other people, etc. The BAD thing -- it is IMMEDIATE! But it sure does feel good to hit a goal! Keep up the good work, as I bet you are not yet done.

    emoticon It is only gravity's pull on your body! I too am celebrating my health today! below 220 for the first time in decades, but more BP &sugar numbers are way down! emoticon
