Today the temps were in the 50s and I decided to hop on my bike. I decided to do a 21 mile bike ride. It has been awhile since I had done a long ride and I was not sure if I was going to finish. The ride started out strong and continued until I had completed the ride. I was surprise how strong I felt when I climbed some large hills on the route. I think by xc skiing and snowshoeing all Winter I kept my body strong.

Looking forward tomorrow for I am going wall climbing. Well my body is shutting down and I am going to bed.
