Day 11 Stats - 30 Day Shred

Today I start Level 2 of the 30 Day Shred. That workout is tough but I am glad I am sticking with it. Here are my stats from the first day up until today.

Level 1 Day 1 start date 3/22/13

wt: 271 lbs

waist: 45.5 in

hips: 49.5 in

neck: 17 in

thigh: 28 in

calf: 18.75 in

upper arm: 17.5 in

Level 2 Day 11 4/4/13

wt: 266 lbs

waist: 45 in

hips: 47.5 in

neck: 16.5 in

thigh: 27.5 in

calf: 18.5 in

upper arm: 16.5 in

So not only have I lost inches, but I've lost 5 lbs. I look forward to continuing on this journey.
