walked/ran in the pool today for 60 minutes. posted general swim... but not sure how accurate that is.

    thanks patsyb7...i love to do it, but i'm on spring break this week so it's easy... when i go back to work next week will not be so easy... getting on a roll this week so it will hopefully become a habit!

    Walking/jogging in the pool is great exercise and so much easier on the joints. Good for you for mixing things up. You're doing great--keep going! emoticon
