Month 3 of Clean Eating.

I am so thrilled, I started eating clean in January and stopped eating out and junk in my diet with only a few slip ups. I am now back to adding a lot more fruits and veges in my diet. I stopped eating this way and just stayed Gluten free for the past couple months but stayed eating clean but it was to expensive, now that my husband is making more money I can eat better and so can my family as well as growing a garden. I have tons of stomach fat that I would rather not have on me, I swear since having my children all the extra fat and skin is in the tummy. Mainly when I sit down I notice it.

Today I am making a conscious effort to eat on my own plan, calorie wise I am eating 1200 to 1400 a day. I had a fruit smoothie for breakfast, a salad with black bean meat loaf and hummus for lunch and I haven't decided what dinner is going to be.
