Boosted motivation!

I've had some bad food-days the last couple of days. Yesterday I donated blood to the blood bank and used it as an excuse to eat lots of chips (which moreover are expensive - waste of money!).. That's just stupid! So today I'm ready to start over. I've already eaten a healthy breakfast (OATMEAL, love it) and tonight I'm going to soccer practice. Yeah!

I'll tell you what my goal is, just to keep me motivated and to have a responsibility to other than myself. Here it comes: my birthday is may 13th. By that day my weight must be 62 kg or lower (65 kg today) and I must have lost at least 5cm around my body. Go for it, Stine!
