"instant self hypnosis" a book by forbes robin blair

I recorded several scripts today from this book I checked out the library. I really enjoyed reading each script out loud. Tomorrow i will listen to one in the morning that corresponds to my spark goals. I am looking forward to seeing if I get an increase in the good behaviors such as portion control, reduction in emotional eating and goal focus.
