Creating Condiments

Recently I came across an article about creating your own healthy condiments.
I thought, "Great, just what we need!" DH loves condiments; it's the reason he eats, I think. emoticon So I pondered the list of recipes: catsup, BBQ sauce, salad dressings, honey mustard. Now these are a good place to start. But what about salsas, nut butters, sauces, taboule...our refrigerator is packed with all kinds of little jars and round containers of food toppings. Add the homemade jams, jellies, preserves and the question is "Where do we put the food?" emoticon The whole refrigerator door is packed with them and most of two shelves contain them. Sometimes I wonder if we should just forget about the regular food and live on condiments!! We could stir one or two into cottage cheese or Greek yogurt and call it a meal! emoticon

    emoticon This was the picture of our little refrig until two days ago when it went on the blink. My sister threw out everything in it, even the new vegenaise which had not been opened. Ugh. We'll be looking for one with more room for little jars.
