I'm On the Verge of Awesome, Where Are You?

Wednesday, April 03, 2013

Can we get real for a second?

You're pretty lame. Want to know how I know that? Because I'm pretty lame too.
We sleep

and repeat.

For years I sat on the couch and asked myself "Where's the glory? Where's the triumph? Where's the POWER?"

I sat on that couch for days, years, months, and never found the answer.

210lbs, sad, lonely, and lost.

But then something awesome happened. Life gave me a solid foot in the ass and said GET OUT. That's all it took. Maybe the right circumstance won't happen for you and you need to kick yourself out of your comfort zone but I can guarantee it is worth it.

I promise, there is greatness in all of us, and it's our time to be the badass we've always wanted.

Today I stand before you, a work in progress. A rough draft even. But don't ever doubt that I am on my way.

Tell me, Was there ever a moment in your life that made you think "The time is NOW" ?

I got off the couch when my verbally absuive boyfriend got physical. Kicked his butt to the curb and stopped believing I deserved his BS. I'm happier now than I ever thought possible, and always moving forward ^_^

Good job! There is a greatness in each of us. And yep! I had a wake up call from the doctor. Time to get healthy...eating right and exercising. It's the only way! Keep up the good work!
